Happiness comes in last
700 and something days - of HappyUP!!!s. Is that how many I have to do?
I get that question in some form or another - when I am out talking about HappyUP!!!s.
Who knows how many it takes - does it matter?
All I know - is that the longer I stay at this process, the more ingrained the daily habit of looking for the good things becomes. As that habit becomes ingrained, it leaves less room for the setbacks, upsets, and tragedies to occupy.
Oh, the unfortunate things - still get the amount of time they deserve.....they just don't get any more than that.
