Why it happened - I got called at 6 a.m.
Why it makes me happy - I got to have some coffee with a couple of guys I like to hang out with

Why it happened - I scheduled it
Why it makes me happy - I like hanging out with these ladies. If there company gets in trouble (very likely), I'll add a couple of people that I really like to my merry band of employees.

Why it makes me happy - well, before I say that, I just reviewed the three HappyUP!!!s....I had a lot of coffee today! I just have to work out some numbers and I put a solid value piece on my team. They person is ready to go.
