Why it happened - I do this once in awhile
Why it makes me happy - I enjoy meeting with one of my direct reports every other Friday. Good conversation about business and moving forward.

Why it happened - I made a tough call...but the right one
Why it makes me happy - it was tempting to do the wrong thing. I did the right thing....and rather than being seeing as stealing business from a person that person gave me the business
