Why it makes me happy - we are getting soaked here....and it is beautiful to watch. It's a nice amount without downpours. No flooding locally that I know of.

Why it happened - it's raining...and they are running a marathon
Why it makes me happy - NCIS is a great show...I catch it now and again. With the rain keeping me inside, I didn't feel too bad about catching three episodes.
