Why it makes me happy - I gave people some entertainment that they would not have gotten....and they needed it.

Why it happened - I schedule it every two weeks with my friend
Why it makes me happy - an employee can be a friend
HappyUP!!! - a deal gone bad and now moving forward
Why it happened - someone screwed up outside of my organization big time
Why it made me happy - my people got it fixed and, despite the inconvenience, they were happy in the end rather than being ticked!
