Why it makes me happy - I hadn't birdied this persnickety hole all year. Take THAT, Hole 11!!!

Why it makes me happy - love a nice piece of BBQ fish....this one may have been cooked a little less than I normally do.....and I think I like it better that way! Nice and moist...with a bit of sushi quality in the middle.

Why it makes me happy- I hit a high draw with a 7 iron around a tree on 7...muah! Perfection. We already talked about the 6 iron on 11. I hit the cutest pitch to 4 that did everything but go in the hole for an eagle...gimmie birdie. There was also that radical 6 iron slice from out of the trees on 15. A NEAT little bellied wedge to make par on 16. A darling punch/pitched 9 iron from under a tree on 18.
(if it sounds like I was in the trees a lot, it is because I was.....but, most of the time I extracted well... hey...with all of the practice at it, I should. Hoping the DRIVER is a HappyUP!!! soon so I don't have all these exotic shots to report on!
