HappyUP!!! - cancelled meeting
Why it happened - the other person was busy
Why it made me happy - one less meeting!
HappyUP!!! - competitor bought
Why it happened - they were suffering
Why it makes me happy - it makes things interesting for our competitor
HappyUP!!! - the scale
Why it happened - the cleanse is over
Why it makes me happy - as long as I have a sensible day tomorrow, I'll have a very impressive health start to the New Year!

One less meeting is always welcomed, I don't care what line of work you are in. Too many meetings is a sure recipe for slowly sucking the life right out of you.
