Why it makes me happy -first time on this track since the remodel. I recognized one hole...but...then again, I only played the old course around 3 times.  The new layout was fun.

Why it makes me happy - all of us, spouses and all, spent some great time overlooking the 18th hole at Pebble Beach.  It is one of the most lovely views you will see...especially if you are a golfer. Great food....company....and setting......YEP!!!.....life was VERY good today!

Why it makes me happy -my partner and I didn't have the best of days.....but the other two guys on our team sure did.  We helped out but those guys put us in second place....just ONE shot from a championship!!!

Why it makes me happy -never played this hallowed course. I am told that it has been "cleaned up" since the old days.  Must have....I never found that oft talked about ice plant.  The ocean views were incredible on the few holes that we had them

Why it makes me happy - tree trimming coming into Monterey. Traffic stopped for miles. My buddies up ahead gave me a detour. OMG.....I can't even begin to guess what a timesaver that was

Why it makes me happy - this was a tricky situation. It could have been waaaaay worse and more complicated. It really is why you hire an expert. It may SEEM expensive at first....but....I saved a ton of dough/frustration compared to me taking this one on.

Why it makes me happy - this walk sure wasn't going to happen in the afternoon!  It was a nice morning on the trail.....well....until the end...even this morning started to heat up.

Why it makes me happy - was able to soak in a couple of days without knowing previous outcomes.  This year's tour has been a bit brutal. Lots of "stuff" been happening.  Bike racing is just one brutal sport. I don't know how these guys do it. It's a lot of time out in crappy weather!

Why it makes me happy - nice to do "cart time" with the nephew. There was no way we were going to walk in THAT TOILET weather today. Probably was questionable about playing at all when it starts getting that hot....but that is not how we roll

Why it makes me happy -day 3 of the project.....and....the remaining carcass headed to the dump to join it's brethren from yesterday!  I really need to stay on this bush/tree.  Whatever it is that makes an oleander grow should be harnassed by science for some kind of good!
