Why it happened -last hole heroics
Why it makes me happy -the kids had us going into 18. We were 1 down...they both hit prodigious drives in front of us. Yet....."old guy guile" prevailed and we wrestled the cup away. Fun family times

Why it happened -ball striking
Why it makes me happy -hit 8 out of 9 greens on the back. The one I missed? The ball rolled through. I'm not known as a ball striker. Glad I handled it well. Best 9 hole stretch since I started playing again

Why it happened -the pool kids put it on
Why it makes me happy -a burger...a pool...family....splashing...chatting with the B-man...great day
