Why it happened - a coworker left after over 10 yrs
Why it made me happy - lots of good conversation with people that I don't see all the time. The really good but bad for you bar food was delicious!

Why it happened - I had to make a visit and do a report
Why it made me happy - he confirmed what I suspected....and gave me permission and the commitment to support what my people need to do

Why it happened - she came back from maternity leave
Why it made me happy - it's a tough new world she is coming back to. She has more of a chance than I thought. It will still be tough but she just may make it happen.
