Why it makes me happy -so stormy yesterday...shorts and sunshine today! It was amazing how clean everything smells after some sunshine hits the wet ground

Why it makes me happy - this is an AWESOME dish to make on the griddle. Add a little mozzarella cheese to make it stick together for easier eating? Perfection
