Why it makes me happy - I don't go to this place very often. I guess it has to be that entire "Whole Paycheck" theory.  Today, I found the deals to be pretty good.  I need to re-think this deal

Why it happened - every once in awhile this year
Why it makes me happy - it used to be for grass. Now, I am mowing more to pick up leaves.  The drought has been a game changer

Why it happened - I got on it
Why it makes me happy - still not THAT far....but farther than I have gone before.  I am also VERY glad the flat happened very close to home.
