Why it makes me happy - when the meeting started, we only had 1 speaker. These guys and gals are getting it. We had two others jumping in which led to a great meeting and.........

Why it makes me happy - in Toastmasters, our product is our meeting. We had a first time guest. She didn't know we were scrambling.....she complimented us on how well organized we were. She is joining! We put on a good show!

Why it makes me happy - when a problem goes away......CELEBRATE!!! BIG TIME!!! We all seem to stress when we have a problem. Do we adequately celebrate when one is alleviated? I did today!
