Why it happened - grillmaster time
Why it makes me happy - chicken is always a little tricky to grill. Oh sure, you can easily be safe and cook it too long and let it be a little dry. Who wants that? If you go to short, you end up with blood and you could get sick......NOBODY wants that. You also have the skin to contend with. Tonight.....I put the good turn on the bird to everyone's delight

Why it makes me happy - I took off early to tee it up today. The boys had stayed up late. It was so funny to make my way over the 5 snoring bodies on the living room floor. What a crackup!
