Why it makes me happy - anything that makes you absolutely SHRIEK with laughter can ONLY be called a HappyUP!!! It's the ultimate. It reminds me of Laughter Yoga...probably the best yoga ever

Why it makes me happy - a buddy and I found ourselves at dinnertime....with no dinner on a kitchen table nearby. Deeeeelicious choice!
