Why it happened - I took the initiative and got tickets
Why it makes me happy - c'mon......there are people that have seen The Boss hundreds of times. He has to have something going for him. An awesome concert!

Why it happened - it was over
Why it makes me happy - I have never gotten out of Arco so quickly. Even if Springsteen did a second encore, it was worth having an unimpeded exit

Why it happened - it was Loan Clearinghouse day
Why it makes me happy - this was a tough loan. The employee was lost.....and with good reason. This one even tested me!
