Why it makes me happy -hey, I started to do this myself...then I said, "hey, I pay them to do this!...and they would rather do it!" Plus, he had to call it in to figure out the problem! Who knows if I would have figured it out on my own. Oh...I know how long....I'd still be taking a cold shower
