Why it happened - it took an effort
Why it makes me happy - I never take smog pass for granted. In this case, it was about a battery changed that funked up the computer...had nothing to do with emissions....and it took me an extra pass and some help

Why it makes me happy - he put my car through the monitor....I was good to go...and...he did it as a favor! LOVE that guy
